Job summary

Stripe in Ireland is seeking a University Recruiter for an 11-month fixed-term contract to lead our early-stage campus programs and end-to-end university recruitment for graduates and interns.

You will build relationships with universities, plan campus events, and help shape Stripe's campus brand across multiple offices. Strong communication, data-driven decision making, and willingness to travel are essential.

• 5+ years full-cycle university recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to create a strategic campus strategy and build a diverse pipeline.
• Active, data-driven approach to problem solving.
• Growth mindset and flexibility in a fast-growing startup context.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% during peak cycles and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Stripe's engineering organization to build the foundation of our early-stage university program.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for new graduate and intern candidates across multiple roles and offices.
• Develop relationships with university groups and student organizations to design school-specific strategies and elevate Stripe's campus brand.
• Plan and execute on-campus events with a focus on early engagement, education, and branding.
• Screen candidates to ensure a consistent and inclusive hiring process.
• Drive a positive candidate experience for graduates and interns considering a career at Stripe.
• Iterate the year-round internship program with teammates and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide data-driven updates to stakeholders to maintain aligned decision making.
