Accenture PLC in Dublin, Ireland seeks a Strategy & Growth Consultant to join the Accenture SongService practice. You will work on customer strategy, growth consulting, and front-office transformation, partnering with high-performing teams.

The role focuses on AI-enabled customer experiences, new operating models, and growth opportunities. Role requires 3+ years’ experience in customer transformations, strong analytical and leadership skills, and familiarity with agile methods.

Formación

• 3+ years in design and delivery of customer impacting transformations or front-office operating model change.
• Experience managing risks and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Exposure to AI, automation or personalization initiatives desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and contribute to large-scale transformation programmes for customer experience improvement.
• Define roadmaps and change plans translating vision into actionable steps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across proposal to delivery stages.
• Facilitate design workshops and stakeholder engagements.
• Apply design thinking to create customer propositions and pricing strategies.
