Job summary

Accenture plc seeks a CRM Business Architect to expand the Accenture Song CRM practice in Ireland. The role blends business architecture, CRM strategy and enterprise AI to design target states and roadmaps across CRM, data and AI ecosystems.

You will work with senior stakeholders, establish feasible delivery plans and shape architecture-led opportunities within a cross-disciplinary team in Dublin, Ireland.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technology consulting, business or solution architecture experience.
• Depth in at least one leading CRM or martech ecosystem is highly desirable.
• Experience translating business outcomes into architecture options and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with senior stakeholders to define priorities and value opportunities.
• Develop current and future state architectures spanning journeys, processes and data.
• Translate outcomes into prioritized roadmaps and executive recommendations.
• Shape end-to-end CRM and martech architectures connecting experience, data and channels.
• Drive architecture governance and collaboration across product, data and delivery teams.
