Qualificações

• Experience leading client-facing work in talent strategy or workforce design.
• Experience managing complex workstreams with senior stakeholders.
• Experience using AI-enabled diagnostics or workforce modelling.
• Ability to translate insights into executive roadmaps and delivery.
• Experience developing people through coaching and proposals.

Responsabilidades

• Advise senior stakeholders on how AI changes work and translate into skills and organisation design.
• Lead design and delivery of Talent & Workforce engagements across strategy, transformation, planning, skills architecture and mobility.
• Own key client relationships and act as a trusted adviser, guiding strategy to implementation.
• Shape talent strategies that define required skills and interventions to close gaps.
• Lead Skills-Driven Organisation transformation and strategic workforce planning.
• Oversee AI-powered diagnostics and convert findings into recommendations and roadmaps.
• Mobilise multidisciplinary delivery teams and manage scope, risks, and outcomes.
• Coach Analysts and Consultants and provide development opportunities.
• Support clients to redesign ways of working, governance and leadership for human+AI collaboration.
• Identify and progress business development opportunities and lead bids.
