Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a business/CRM analyst, customer experience analyst, or consultant in digital/marketing/professional services.
• Experience with CRM and marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, HubSpot, Braze, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, requirements gathering and process reviews of existing CRM documentation and performance data.
• Translate business objectives and customer needs into documented CRM capabilities, user stories, acceptance criteria and a transition roadmap.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to clarify requirements, resolve questions, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across delivery.
