Job summary

ClickUp, a leading AI-native productivity platform, is hiring a Growth Account Executive in Dublin to drive net new business and expand existing accounts.

You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, conducting demos and presentations, and collaborating with Growth and Marketing to optimize lead generation. A track record of meeting quota in SaaS and comfort with hybrid work are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant SaaS sales experience across all sales cycles.
• Experience converting leads from trials or demos into paying customers.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work from Dublin office 3x per week.

Responsibilities

• Work all new business leads for Growth companies.
• Exceed pipeline and sales targets by converting trials or demos into paid customers.
• Master the product and field customer service questions from leads.
• Deliver customer presentations and demos via online tools.
• Collaborate with Growth and Marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion.
• Identify segments and opportunities to improve the sales pipeline quality.
