Amicus Search & Recruitment is representing a market-leading FMCG client in Dublin seeking a Revenue Growth Manager to develop and execute revenue growth management strategies across pricing, promotions, mix, pack architecture, and trade terms.

The role requires strong data capabilities, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to advise commercial teams with insights and recommendations to drive sustainable growth. 3+ years in FMCG finance/commercial support is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years FMCG experience in finance or commercial support including revenue growth management.
• Strong technical and functional knowledge.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel & Microsoft Office; strong database management; SAP & Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Very strong analytical skills: exploration and visualization; ability to analyse complex financial problems and derive insights.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills; networking and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Devise, shape and deploy the revenue growth management strategy for the group.
• Develop and deliver insight-led recommendations to optimise pricing, promotional effectiveness, assortment and trade investment.
• Convert and combine various data sources to deliver clear actionable insights across health & beauty categories.
• Analyse market, customer and brand performance data to identify risks and opportunities and support recommendations to drive action plan.
• Monitor category and channel trends to identify growth opportunities and support the development of long-term revenue growth management strategies.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance Team to drive the growth agenda
• Proactively network and collaborate with relevant stakeholders in order to support the adaptation of best practices, analytics, tools and systems.
