Capital Credit Union in South Dublin is seeking a driven Marketing and Business Development Executive to implement the marketing plan and act as an ambassador for the Credit Union. You will work with the Marketing Manager to deliver campaigns, partnerships and community initiatives to grow membership and brand presence.

Formación

• A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications, community or co-operative development, business, or comparable relevant experience.
• At least two years’ relevant marketing experience, including planning and delivering campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and meet deadlines while remaining effective under pressure.
• Ability to work co-operatively as part of a team and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, community partners, suppliers and agencies.
• Practical experience with social media, CRM systems, email-marketing platforms, website content-management systems and digital analytics, together with strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience using campaign data and key performance indicators to evaluate performance, identify opportunities for innovation and recommend improvements.
• Creative and conceptual thinking, with awareness of current marketing technologies, channels and trends.
• A full clean driving licence and access to transport, as travel within the Credit Union’s catchment area will be required.
• Experience in the Credit Union, financial-services or another regulated sector.
• Experience across community engagement disciplines, including events, public meetings, consultation, communications and reputation management.
• Knowledge of data-protection requirements, advertising standards and compliance considerations relevant to financial-services marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Support the delivery of marketing and business-development campaigns, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring results and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
• Assist in the management of digital marketing activity across social media, email campaigns, website content, SEO and digital advertising, creating targeted content with support from external partners.
• Use CRM data, member insights, campaign metrics and market research to strengthen engagement, increase product awareness, support membership growth and recommend compliant, innovative initiatives.
