Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee employee performance with coaching and feedback.
• Ensure service standards meet budgets and performance metrics.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with CEO, board, and external partners.
• Maintain strong office administration and internal/external communications.
• Support monthly reporting and financial oversight activities.
• Contribute to strategic and operational planning and execution.
