Job summary

Cpl in Dublin is seeking an Account Manager for SME lending. You will manage a portfolio of small business customers, help them renew and grow their funding, and bring in new businesses through direct outreach and through strategic partnerships.

You don’t need to be a finance expert; we train you and support your growth. This full-time, permanent role reports to the Team Leader, Account Management and offers a competitive package in a dynamic Irish fintech.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, relationship or account management
• Interest in understanding how small businesses operate
• Comfort with phone conversations and warm communication
• Ability to renew and grow customer funding portfolios
• Willingness to be coached and driven

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SME customers with regular contact
• Renew customers annually and assist growth
• Onboard new customers each month through direct and partner channels
• Collaborate with strategic partners to source new business
• Explain products and costs in plain English
• Help customers become fundable within 90 days
• Prepare complete, clear applications for fast decisions
• Meet monthly volume and net fee targets
