Cpl Group in Dublin is seeking an Account Manager for SME Lending to care for a growing portfolio of Irish business customers. You'll help renew funding, support growth, and attract new clients while delivering plain-English advice and a warm, customer-first approach.

No finance expertise required at start—we provide training. You’ll work with a supportive team in a fast-growing fintech on a mission to back hundreds of Irish businesses, with a clear path for progression and a competitive package.

Formación

• 2+ years in sales, relationship or account management.
• Interest in business owners and how their businesses work.
• Confidence and warmth on the phone.
• Organisation and discipline, including keeping your CRM up to date.
• Comfort talking about money, margins and repayment capacity in simple terms.
• Self-motivation and a willingness to be coached.
• A belief in doing well and doing good.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a carefully built portfolio of SME customers, with a clear contact schedule so every customer gets the attention they should.
• Renew your customers year after year, win back lapsed ones and help them with their next stage of growth.
• Bring in new customers each month, directly, through introducers and through your own strategic partner.
• Work with a strategic partner such as a national business body or trade association, building it into a steady source of new business.
• Advise customers on the right product for them and explain the full cost in plain English.
• Help businesses that aren’t yet fundable understand what would change their position within 90 days.
• Prepare complete, clear applications so decisions are fast.
• Hit your monthly volume and net fee targets, and know that your bonus rewards doing right by the customer.
