Job summary

Origina is seeking a Marketing Operations & Email Marketing Manager in Sandyford, Ireland, to scale our demand generation engine. You will own marketing automation, data integrity and lead lifecycle programs across marketing, sales and tech.

You’ll build dashboards, optimise email campaigns and nurture journeys, collaborate with Sales to improve lead handover, and drive measurable pipeline contributions through analytics and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation or Email Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Hubspot. Or can pick up new tech easily.
• Strong understanding of lead management, lead scoring and funnel reporting.
• Experience creating and optimising email marketing and nurture programs.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and reporting.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Experience working closely with Sales teams and revenue processes.
• A continuous improvement mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within B2B technology marketing is preferred.
• Experience in a scale-up or high-growth technology company is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own Marketing Operations: manage and optimise marketing automation platforms and lead management processes.
• Lead Email Marketing & Nurture Programs: build and execute email campaigns and nurture journeys.
• Drive Revenue Insights: provide actionable analysis on campaign performance and pipeline.
• Operate as a Builder: continuously improve systems and processes across marketing teams.
