Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Email Marketing Manager based in Ireland to own the lifecycle marketing function for a B2C subscription product. You will shape strategies across onboarding, welcome and win-back campaigns, and collaborate with Product, UX, and Analytics to drive revenue growth.

You will audit flows, run experiments, segment audiences, and optimize email performance across international markets while ensuring compliance and deliverability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial experience in Email Marketing, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing for B2C subscription products.
• Ownership of email channel performance from strategy to revenue.
• Proven ability to drive email-driven revenue with measurable impact.
• Experience building and launching lifecycle and trigger-based email flows.
• Strong A/B testing skills with hypothesis development and results evaluation.
• Ability to analyze key metrics like conversion rate, revenue per send, LTV, and retention.
• Understanding of attribution and incrementality measurement.
• Knowledge of deliverability and domain reputation.
• Experience with ESPs like Customer.io, Reteno, Braze, Klaviyo.
• Experience in international Tier-1 markets.
• Understanding of GDPR/ePrivacy/CAN-SPAM/CASL compliance.
• Intermediate English or higher.
• Strong analytical thinking, initiative, ownership, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end email marketing performance and lifecycle campaigns.
• Audit and prioritize improvements for onboarding, abandoned checkout, retention, upsell, and win-back flows.
• Build a structured backlog of hypotheses and A/B tests for emails.
• Design, launch, and evaluate experiments with documented results.
• Segment audiences based on behavior, funnel stage, geography, and quiz responses.
• Analyze the full email funnel from deliverability to revenue.
• Collaborate on tracking, attribution, and performance measurement.
• Monitor deliverability and maintain list health and compliance.
