Anthropic is seeking a Growth Account Executive for the EMEA Startups team to own a portfolio of AI-native startups building on Claude. You’ll focus on revenue growth, expanding use cases, and structuring customer engagements with CTOs and founders.

You will collaborate with the Applied AI team, develop strategic use cases, and help customers adopt Claude early, turning model capabilities into measurable outcomes for their products and roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in cloud/AI-related fields.
• Experience expanding existing accounts with growth metrics and credits.
• Consultative selling style with advisor-like credibility.
• Experience selling to early- and growth-stage startups and founders.
• Technical depth to discuss APIs, model selection, and AI product architecture.
• Existing relationships in European startup, VC, or accelerator ecosystems.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of high-potential AI-native startups across EMEA with revenue growth accountability.
• Build trusted relationships with founders, CTOs and technical leads as an advisor on Claude.
• Drive adoption by bringing new model releases and capabilities early and mapping to use cases.
• Develop use cases by understanding each customer’s product and roadmap.
• Structure commitments and multi-surface agreements across Claude APIs and tools.
• Navigate competitive pressure with a value-focused point of view.
• Partner with Applied AI on technical strategy and coordinate involvement.
• Source and qualify pipeline through EMEA VC and accelerator networks.
