ServiceNow in Dublin is seeking a Senior Commercial Growth AE specialized in French & Arabic to join our Inside Sales team. You will prospect into new accounts, expand usage in existing customers, and ensure value from the NOW Platform via phone and video meetings.

You will work with Sales Specialists, Solution Consultants, Renewal Sales and more to exceed quotas, develop pipeline, and drive renewal rates. The role emphasizes strategic discovery, value selling, and collaboration across teams.

Competenze

• 1–3+ years of full sales cycle experience in software or solution sales.
• Experience selling enterprise class solutions via telephone and video conferencing.
• Fluent French and Arabic.

Mansioni

• Meet or exceed sales objectives monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Manage opportunities and relationships in Small to Commercial accounts over the phone.
• Understand business drivers and map ServiceNow solutions to customer needs.
• Build new opportunities and pipeline in key verticals through strategic prospecting.
• Follow defined selling process to win new business and renew contracts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to accelerate the sales cycle.
