Salesforce in Dublin seeks a motivated Sales Development Representative fluent in Arabic and English to generate and qualify opportunities, drive initial engagement with prospects, and collaborate with marketing and account executives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required or equivalent.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• 1–2 years business experience, software sales a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• High energy with a desire to sell.

Responsibilities

• Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads.
• Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
• Engage with customers via telephone and email to analyse needs.
• Profile accounts and overcome objections to generate opportunities for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on lead quality and conversion.
• Maintain professional, proactive dealings as first point of contact.
