O'Hehirs Bakery & The Glasshouse Hotel is seeking a Group HR Coordinator to own day-to-day HR admin across recruitment, engagement, compliance and reporting. This role offers hands-on exposure across the employee lifecycle for someone with 1–2 years of HR or admin experience, or a recent graduate eager to build a career in HR.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR, recruitment or admin experience, or a recent graduate starting in HR.
• Driver's license required.
• Curious mindset with a genuine passion for people and detail.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable using social platforms for engagement.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: shortlisting, phone screening, interview scheduling, posting adverts.
• Engagement: posting updates on social platforms, celebrating staff wins.
• Compliance: preparing letters, monitoring policy and documentation.
• Reporting: headcount reports, attendance adjustments, sickness/ lateness tracking.
