Job summary

Artemis Human Capital partners with a leading food manufacturer to recruit a newly-created HR Coordinator for their Donegal headquarters. This is ideal for an HR Administrator or HR Assistant seeking broader exposure across recruitment, employee relations and HR systems, with direct support from an experienced HR Manager.

You will manage recruitment and onboarding for 100+ staff on-site, maintain contracts and records, support payroll liaising and generate HR metrics while promoting wellbeing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years HR Administration experience.
• Highly-proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Microsoft Excel.
• Skilled in utilising HRIS Systems
• Strong knowledge of Irish Employment Legislation

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support across the full employee lifecycle for 100+ on-site employees.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including candidate management and new starter admin.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, HR letters and other employee documentation.
• Provide first-line support to employees and managers on HR queries and policies.
• Support employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Maintain HR systems and Time & Attendance platforms; ensure data accuracy.
• Liaise with payroll for changes and pension contributions; ensure timely processing.
• Produce regular HR reports on headcount, turnover and absence.
• Coordinate and support employee wellbeing initiatives to foster a positive culture.
