Job summary

J.A. Boland Group Ltd invites applications for a Group Finance Administrator. The role is based at one of our dealership locations and provides financial and administrative support across multiple dealerships within the Group.

You will work closely with the Group Finance Team to ensure accurate processing, timely month-end activities and efficient financial administration across locations in Ireland. A structured environment and opportunities for progression are offered.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Experience in finance, accounts or administration is desirable.
• Experience in the motor industry is an advantage but not essential.
• Accounting qualification is not essential; focus is on administration and transactional support.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of financial and administrative transactions accurately.
• Assist with supplier statements reconciliations and discrepancies.
• Support month-end processes and reporting for the Finance Team.
• Provide centralised admin support to multiple dealerships across the Group.
• Collaborate with qualified accountants and internal departments to resolve queries.
