Spirit Motor Group in Dublin is seeking a full-time Sales Administrator to support our busy retail dealership team in Sandyford. You will manage vehicle sales documentation, registrations, grants, warranties and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the network.

Join a multi-franchise environment with a focus on data integrity, stakeholder coordination, and timely processing of sales paperwork. Excellent MS Office skills and experience with Keyloop/Autoview are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with dealer management systems is advantageous.
• Excellent MS Office skills and data accuracy
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage processes with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle sales documentation, registrations, grants, warranties and payments.
• Maintain accurate vehicle transaction records and customer data.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth order progression.
• Administer discounts, grants and warranty registrations with accuracy.
• Coordinate with importers and external stakeholders on documentation.
