Job summary

Athora seeks a Group Application Support Manager to lead the support, maintenance and improvement of group finance applications across the Dublin-based IT Shared Services. You will manage incidents, drive service performance, and partner with Finance and strategic partners to ensure secure, resilient systems while supporting change programs.

You will lead a team, manage third-party relationships, and deliver clear service reporting to senior leaders across the group.

Qualifications

Experience in Application Support and IT service management.
Experience supporting finance applications (ERP, financial reporting, planning, treasury).
ITIL, Lean or Agile certification and experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BPC or Tagetik would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operation of Group applications and ensure SLAs/KPIs are met.
Lead resolution of critical incidents with root-cause analysis.
Partner with Finance teams and other stakeholders to align technology with business needs.
Drive continuous improvement to simplify processes and reduce complexity.
Oversee transition of new services into production and ensure operational readiness.
