Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Solutions Engineer to guide customers toward clarity, feasibility, and alignment on end-to-end GRC solutions. You will be a trusted technical voice within the Sales team, shaping deals and validating integrations across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.

This role is office-based with a hybrid schedule, located in Dublin or London, and requires three in-office days a week (Tue–Thu).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing, technical experience in solutions engineering or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with prospects and customers.
• Conduct strategic discovery and deal qualification with Account Executives.
• Validate technical feasibility and guide end-to-end solution alignment.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations showing how the company automates and operationalises GRC programmes (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA).
• Shape deals with Account Executives and surface technical risks for clear delivery paths.
• Ensure a seamless post-sale handoff with a detailed design and risk map.
• Provide structured market feedback to the Product team for prioritising functionality.
• Support customers through their trial processes and foster teamwork and improvement.
