Job summary

Vanta is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be a trusted technical voice, guiding customers through end-to-end Vanta implementations for GRC programs. You’ll work from Dublin or London with a hybrid office schedule, collaborating with Account Executives to validate use cases and drive successful outcomes.

You will demonstrate Vanta’s capabilities, validate integrations, and help customers meet security, compliance, and governance goals while supporting ongoing post-sale success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as a solutions engineer or similar role.
• B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong strategic problem solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and REST APIs is beneficial.
• Interest in using AI to amplify skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with prospects and customers.
• Lead strategic discovery and deal qualification with Account Executives.
• Validate technical feasibility and align solutions to customer impact.
• Deliver tailored, narrative-driven demonstrations showing how Vanta solves GRC needs.
• Collaborate with teams to shape deals and post-sale handoff.
• Support customers through trial processes and ensure successful onboarding.
• Provide market feedback to Product team to improve functionality.
