Job summary

Vanta is seeking a Solutions Engineer to guide customers toward clarity and alignment on end-to-end GRC solutions. You will be a trusted technical voice within the sales team, delivering tailored demonstrations and validating integrations across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA frameworks.

The role is hybrid and based in Dublin or London, with an expectation to be in the Dublin office three days a week. You’ll work closely with Account Executives to shape deals, ensure technical feasibility, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing, technical experience in solutions engineering or equivalent, including B2B SaaS.
• Ability to validate technical feasibility and align solutions to customer impact.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a strategic sales mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic technical partner with prospects and customers.
• Conduct strategic discovery and deal qualification with Account Executives.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations showing how Vanta solves customer problems across GRC frameworks.
• Validate integrations and align technical design with customer environments.
