Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Solutions Engineer to guide customers through end-to-end GRC solutions in a hybrid Dublin/London setup. You will partner with sales to validate technical feasibility, deliver tailored demonstrations, and ensure alignment on success criteria across stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years of customer-facing technical experience, strong communication, and a background in B2B SaaS or GRC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing technical experience in solutions engineering or related roles.
• Experience with B2B SaaS and security/GRC frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to deliver tailored demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic sales partner, owning the technical relationship.
• Strategic Discovery and Deal Qualification: Partner with Account Executives to uncover technical, operational, and business pain points, validating use cases and aligning solutions to measurable customer impact and urgency.
• Validate technical feasibility and guide stakeholders toward a shared delivery vision.
• High-Impact Technical Validation: Deliver tailored demonstrations showing how the platform automates GRC programmes.
• Solution Strategy and Deal Shaping: Align success criteria with strengths, surface risks, and propose clear delivery paths.
• Post-Sale Handoff and Continuity: Create handoff documents detailing design, expectations, and risks.
• Cross-Functional Feedback: Provide market feedback to Product for priority functionality.
• Support customers through trial processes and foster teamwork and continuous improvement.
