Job summary

Vanta Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to guide customers toward clarity, feasibility, and alignment on end-to-end security and GRC solutions. You’ll work with the Sales team to ensure technical fit, craft tailored demonstrations, and validate integrations across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.

The role is based from Dublin or London with a hybrid schedule; Dublin requires in-office presence on Tue–Thu. 5+ years in a customer-facing tech role and strong cloud platform experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing, technical experience in solutions engineering or similar.
• B2B SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic technical partner with prospects and customers.
• Conduct discovery to uncover technical, operational and business pain points.
• Validate feasibility and guide stakeholders toward a solution.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations showing how Vanta solves client problems.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to shape deals and success criteria.
• Ensure smooth handoff to post-sales teams and ongoing customer success.
