Job summary

Vanta is hiring a Solutions Engineer in a Dublin or London hybrid role, serving as a trusted technical voice to guide customers on end-to-end security and GRC solutions.

You’ll partner with Account Executives, validate technical feasibility, deliver tailored demos, and help customers automate and operationalize their GRC programmes across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA. 5+ years in customer-facing tech roles required; B2B SaaS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as a solutions engineer, sales engineer, GRC consultant, or equivalent customer-facing role, including previous B2B SaaS experience.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and ability to deliver high-impact demonstrations that reinforce the sales narrative.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and REST APIs, and comfort with scripting basics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic sales partner, owning the technical relationship with prospects and customers.
• Strategic Discovery and Deal Qualification with Account Executives to uncover pain points and align solutions to impact.
• Deliver tailored, narrative-driven demonstrations showing how Vanta solves customer problems, including GRC programme automation across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
• Validate technical feasibility and guide stakeholders toward a shared delivery path.
• Post-Sale handoff to ensure smooth continuity with the post-sales team.
