Morgan McKinley is seeking an Assurance Services Consultant to join a fast-paced Customer Success team. In this post-implementation role, you will partner with enterprise clients to optimize platform use, deliver best-practice guidance, and drive ongoing adoption and value.

You will lead strategic sessions, build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure delivery within monthly consulting hours while collaborating cross-functionally to improve client outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in customer-facing SaaS consulting or advisory roles.
• Experience in GRC, Third-Party Risk, or Cybersecurity preferred.
• Strong analytical ability to reverse-engineer solutions and optimize UX.
• Proven ability to manage multiple consulting engagements concurrently.
