Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) professional to lead client engagements, shape technical solutions, and support presales and business development in Ireland. The role covers IGA, PAM, and modern authentication, with a focus on delivering secure, commercially viable outcomes.

You will mentor colleagues, build senior stakeholder relationships and contribute to growing the IAM practice within a well-established professional services and technology

Qualifications

• Experience in IAM, IGA and PAM with architecture/enterprise transformation.
• Proven client-facing consulting with presales, RFPs and proposals.
• Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and delivery plans.
• Experience with leading identity platforms (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk).
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing IAM engagements with strategic advisory and technical leadership.
• Drive presales, RFP responses, tenders, and proposal development.
• Support business development and go-to-market strategies for identity offerings.
• Oversee IAM programmes across IGA, PAM, and modern authentication.
• Provide technical guidance and delivery assurance with engineering teams.
