Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a client-facing or consulting role.
• Ability to engage with customer personnel to resolve compliance, vendor management, information security and risk management goals.
• Strong passion for Compliance, Vendor management, Information security and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Deliver the customer requests and create a delightful customer experience.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of services requested by customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and internal teams to route requests appropriately.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures for customer-specific requests.
• Provide technical guidance to leverage more value from the product with global teams.
