Job summary

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a high-growth B2B SaaS provider to identify a Customer Delivery Manager. You will own end-to-end delivery from contract sign-off to steady-state operations, ensuring seamless onboarding, high adoption, and strong client retention.

You will lead concurrent enterprise SaaS implementations, manage key client executives, standardize onboarding frameworks, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Care to drive adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS customer delivery, implementation, or project management within a B2B software vendor.
• Technical breadth with complex SaaS implementations, data migrations, system integrations, and user enablement.
• Proficiency with modern project management tools (Jira, Asana) and CRM/CS platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Bonus: PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile) or logistics/asset-heavy industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Ownership: Lead concurrent enterprise SaaS implementations on time, in scope and to customer specs.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as primary contact for client executives, mitigate risks and scope issues.
• Process & Governance: Standardize onboarding, optimize toolkits, track KPIs like time-to-value and CSAT.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Care to drive adoption.
