Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience.
• Experience with large, complex teams and projects.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to address business needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong orientation toward process improvement and optimizing customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to maintain and grow their usage of the ProcessUnity platform
• Provide best practice advice on issues and strategies for growth post-implementation
• Run weekly working sessions with clients to enable, build, and strategize on their usage of the ProcessUnity platform
• Build enduring partnerships with clients, fostering their professional growth
• Serve as an advisor and resource for customers, providing expert knowledge and guidance
• Budget and manage deadlines appropriately within a set monthly allotment of hours
• Maintain a consistent schedule of calls and consulting engagements with clients
• Play a visible role in client retention and growth initiatives within the organization
