Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Custody Client Service professional based in Limerick to support 600+ clients within the Limerick Custody Client Service team. The role focuses on timely resolution of client queries, service delivery excellence, and proactive collaboration with internal partners to uphold the firm’s commitments.

Based in Ireland, you will report to the Custody Services Manager and play a key part in maintaining client data integrity and ensuring smooth cash and stock operations while

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Analytical and problem solving skills are required.
• Ability to facilitate discussions and reach decisions.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all custody related queries from the Client.
• Maintain and enhance service provided to the Client.
• Own, manage and resolve all Client queries.
• Be aware of transition activity linked to the Client.
• Identify and manage resolution of service delivery root causes.
• Initiate frequent, proactive communication with the Investment Manager on daily contacts to verify satisfaction.
• Participate in Service Reviews as required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners.
• Maintain and monitor all client data and standing instructions.
• Monitor and resolve cash and stock exceptions.
• Ensure day to day funding requirements are in line with client standing instructions.
• Resolve all ASL situations in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all NT risk policies and adherence to 'Best Practice' documents.
