Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all custody related queries from the Client.
• Maintain and enhance service provided to the Client.
• Own and resolve all Client queries.
• Be aware of transition activity linked to the Client.
• Identify and manage resolution of service delivery root causes.
• Initiate frequent, proactive communication with the Investment Manager to verify satisfaction.
• Participate in Service Reviews as required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners.
• Monitor client data and standing instructions.
