Qualifications

• Proven experience within Fund Services, preferably within Custody.
• Strong understanding of the securities industry, including products and financial instruments.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and resolving complex client issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive positive outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships and understanding their business needs.
• Deliver a high level of service across all custody-related client queries and lead proactive client communications.
• Coordinate client service reviews, due diligence activities, and management information reporting.
• Support complex client onboarding initiatives and ensure issues are resolved within SLAs.
