Google LLC is hiring a Share Sales Specialist for Google Workspace to drive end-to-end sales in the UK and Ireland markets, including Dublin and London. You will orchestrate migrations, lead transformation programs, and partner with regional teams to accelerate customer adoption of Workspace and Gemini Enterprise.

The role emphasizes a customer-first approach, complex deal orchestration, and a focus on AI-first, secure, and scalable workplace solutions across enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in SaaS or cloud computing sales.
• Experience in designing and leading cloud/Workspace transformation or migration projects and programs.
• Experience in the UK or Ireland market, working with UKI clients.

Responsabilités

• Orchestrate complex end-to-end sales cycles for Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise across the UK/I M&I market, consistently exceeding quarterly and annual business goals.
• Generate demand and pipeline through engaging in and supporting marketing activities and events and also to create and instigate individual programmes.
• Lead the regional Agentic Workplace Transformation (AWT) play, demonstrating how Gemini can securely automate business workflows and unlock value.
• Collaborate closely with regional partners and key ISVs to identify greenfield accounts and accelerate customer migrations.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs to navigate procurement cycles and security reviews.
