Job summary

MarketStar is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead day-to-day delivery, client engagement, and operational excellence for a Google sales program across global markets, with a focus on Gemini and Google solutions.

Based from a local hybrid office in Leopardstown, Dublin 18, the role requires strong client leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate objectives into clear execution plans while directing international teams.

Qualifications

• Third level qualification in Business, Management, Education or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and/or people leaders.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, client services, account management, or business operations within a complex, multinational, or enterprise-level environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams to achieve complex commercial, pipeline, productivity, and revenue objectives.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with experience utilizing business intelligence and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted advisor and primary day-to-day contact for Google stakeholders; build executive relationships and deliver reviews.
• Oversee resource planning, workforce management, budget alignment, and compliance; drive productivity and customer outcomes.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline development, and key business metrics; forecast and take corrective actions to meet targets.
• Coach and mentor Product Advisor, Technical Account Manager, and Inside Sales reps; foster accountability and high performance.
• Partner with global MarketStar leadership, Operations, Revenue Ops, HR, Enablement, and Finance to support sales opportunities.
• Mitigate risks, resolve operational challenges, and lead change management across global time zones.
