MarketStar in Ireland seeks an experienced Sales Program Manager to lead day-to-day delivery, client engagement, and operational excellence for a global EDU program focused on Gemini and Google solutions. Based in Leopardstown, this hybrid role reports to the Global Director in the USA and requires strong client leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

3+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
5+ years in sales, client services, account management, or business operations.
Proven ability to lead teams to meet complex goals and revenue targets.
Strong written and verbal communication with executive presence.
Advanced analytics using BI tools and CRM.
Experience with geographically distributed teams and multi-country programs.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor and day-to-day contact for Google stakeholders.
Lead EDU team operations, including resource planning and budget alignment.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and key metrics; forecast and take corrective actions.
Coach Product Advisor, Technical Account Manager, and Inside Sales reps.
Partner with global leadership, HR, Enablement, Finance to support opportunities.
Mitigate risks and lead change management across time zones.
