Job summary

HR Path Group seeks a Workday Consultant to define and deliver scalable Workday solutions for our global client base. You will implement and configure enterprise Workday deployments, build strong client relationships, and train end-users across projects.

You will participate in multiple project roles, including Functional Lead and Solution Architect, while traveling to customer sites and global events as required for delivery success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing technology-enabled HR solutions.
• Ability to challenge processes and design optimal HR solutions.
• Translating requirements into Workday configuration options.
• Advising on solution evolutions and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Workday solutions fit for purpose for global clients.
• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions.
• Train end-users and support during all project phases.
• Travel to customer sites or attend global events as needed.
