Job summary

The Recruitment Company is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect for a long-term Workday HRIS transformation programme. You will own the end-to-end architecture across the HR technology stack, collaborating with business stakeholders, internal tech teams and partner vendors to deliver the target solution.

You should bring strong Workday expertise, experience in large-scale HR transformation, and knowledge of APIs, identity management (SSO/MFA), and governance.

Qualifications

• Seasoned Solution Architect with HRIS/HR technology experience.
• Strong Workday expertise across multiple modules and global deployments.
• Proven experience delivering architecture within large-scale HR transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end solution architecture across the HR technology portfolio.
• Develop target-state architectures for Workday and employee-facing platforms.
• Lead architectural decision-making across complex HR technology landscapes.
• Define and oversee integration strategies, including API-led integrations.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and HR stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Coordinate with implementation partners and vendors to align with architecture.
