• Proven experience leading and scaling technical teams in Workday/ERP deployments.
• Strong track record delivering complex projects on time and to a high standard.
• Deep understanding of Workday deployment lifecycle and configuration best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a team of Workday deployment engineers.
• Ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of Workday implementations from kickoff to go-live and hypercare.
• Translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations and deployment plans.
• Collaborate with solution architects to ensure seamless integration with customers' systems.
• Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the deployment team.
• Adopt best practices, tools, and methodologies to accelerate deployments and reduce risk.
• Coordinate with product, support, and partner teams to resolve blockers and ensure customer success.
• Ensure deployments comply with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
• Implement robust testing, validation, and post‑go‑live monitoring.
