You will act as a trusted Workday advisor, addressing how-to questions, guiding through configuration, and delivering feature demonstrations. The role involves delivering targeted micro consulting, showcasing best practices, and helping customers adopt Workday features to maximize their investment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT implementation experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday Financials Reporting (composite reporting, building out reports, etc.)
• 2+ years of software consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducting research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts.
• Delivering small scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations.
• Troubleshooting product configuration to meet customer requirements.
• Communicating responses and value to customers.
• Creating and delivering customer presentations on Workday features.
• Providing one-on-one guidance to optimize customer adoption.
