Job summary

The Recruitment Company Australia seeks a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the HRIS transformation, with a strong focus on Workday and employee-facing platforms. You will own end-to-end solution architecture, drive integration strategy, and collaborate across business, technology and HR stakeholders to deliver scalable, target-state designs.

This long-term contract role emphasises governance, API-led integrations, and a unified HR technology landscape across an enterprise setting.

Qualifications

Seasoned Solution Architect with HRIS/HR tech experience.
Strong Workday expertise with multiple modules and deployments.
Proven record delivering architecture for large HR transformation programmes.
Deep understanding of APIs and enterprise integration patterns.

Responsibilities

Define and own end-to-end solution architecture across the HR technology portfolio.
Develop target-state architectures for Workday and employee-facing platforms.
Lead architectural decision-making across complex HR technology landscapes.
Define and oversee integration strategies, including API-led patterns.
Collaborate with business, technology and HR stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Coordinate with implementation partners and vendors to align with overall architecture.
Provide governance for identity and access management.
Support architectural governance, standards and technology decisions across the programme.
Shape the future technology landscape within a major HR transformation.
