Qualifications

• 5+ years of HCM Reporting, Analytics and Data warehousing for enterprise software.
• 3+ years of proven ability building and maintaining Workday HCM/Financial Reporting & Analytics.
• Extensive experience and a certification in Prism Analytics.
• 3+ years of IT implementation experience.
• 3+ years of software consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver small scope consulting in response to customer requests.
• Provide configuration guidance and demonstrations.
• Troubleshoot product configuration to meet business requirements.
• Communicate responses and value clearly to customers.
• Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features.
• Provide one-on-one consulting to accelerate feature adoption.
• Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities.
• Maintain Workday Certification and stay aligned with roadmap.
