Job summary

Teleflex Ireland (Leinster) seeks a Global Talent Development Coordinator to support planning, administration, and delivery of learning programs worldwide. You will manage calendars, registrations, materials, and virtual events, acting as primary contact for participants and coordinating vendor relations.

You will also assist with facilitation, help maintain talent and learning records in the LMS, and look for process improvements to enhance the participant experience across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience coordinating learning, HR, or training programs.
• Experience with global or multi-country programs is desirable.
• Experience facilitating training sessions or willingness to develop trainer capabilities is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer global talent development programs and learning events.
• Maintain Global Talent Development calendar; handle registrations and materials.
• Support program logistics, vendor contracts, and budget tracking.
• Prepare participant materials and facilitator guides; assist in delivering sessions.
