Job summary

Notion is seeking a Go-to-Market Recruiter to support growth across EMEA GTM teams, with emphasis on Sales. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to close and partner with leaders to design diverse, inclusive pipelines.

You will collaborate with Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Partners to drive data-driven hiring strategies, apply AI-enhanced processes, and deliver a delightful candidate experience in fast-paced environments.

We’re looking for a Go-to-Market Recruiter to support our growth across key Go-to-Market (GTM) teams in EMEA, with an emphasis on Sales. In this role, you’ll help shape our recruiting strategy, manage full-cycle hiring efforts, and ensure a delightful yet rigorous hiring process

• Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to leaders across the GTM org, owning the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through successful close
• Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse top talent across EMEA markets
• Ensure scalable and structured hiring plans with consistent evaluation processes while creating thoughtful candidate experiences
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Partners to drive holistic talent strategies
• Leverage AI tools, to innovate recruiting processes and provide data-driven insights on market conditions
• Champion and scale best practices while thoughtfully adapting for regional nuances

Ability to build diverse candidate pipelines and guide hiring managers in creating inclusive teams

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, technical, GTM functions

Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality recruiting experiences

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional talent across various levels

Experience coaching and advising hiring managers through our recruiting process while keeping talent density as a priority

Fluency in an additional European language
