Job summary

ZRG Careers seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition – Operations Coordinator to support a high-volume, multi-regional recruitment programme for a global client. This remote Ireland contract focuses on TA coordination, scheduling, data management, and candidate experience.

You will partner with recruiters across time zones, maintain ATS accuracy (Greenhouse), assist with offers and onboarding workflows, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, global environments.
• Experienced with Greenhouse and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage interview scheduling across time zones, coordinating candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy, candidate records, and requisition updates.
• Support offer generation, background checks, and onboarding workflows.
• Provide administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Ensure candidates receive timely communication and a positive experience.
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and compliance tracking.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
