Job summary

Join Talent is hiring for an onsite Manufacturing Talent Acquisition role in Donegal, Ireland on an initial 3-month FTC with good scope to extend. You will help find and hire talent for multiple manufacturing sites and support TA processes.

You'll join a small team of recruiters, partner with Hiring Managers and lead end-to-end sourcing, screening, and candidate journey management while upholding our client brand and Join Talent values.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing TA experience is critical.
• Experience with full lifecycle recruitment in-house or agency.
• Strong ability to source and screen candidates and manage the candidate journey.
• Excellent English communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for manufacturing roles across multiple sites.
• Post job adverts using client brand guidelines and manage applications.
• Directly source and headhunt suitable candidates.
• Present shortlisted candidates to Hiring Managers and guide them through the process.
• Manage candidate journey in a professional, candidate-centric manner.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR and TA team to align on strategy.

Onsite in Donegal - Manufacturing hiring - FTC 3 months (good scope to extend)

What will I be doing?

Working to deliver amazing results for both finding & hiring amazing new talent and to help improve and enhance TA processes and capability along the way.

Your technical expertise, agility, professionalism, dedication, ‘can do’ attitude, and willingness to pull out the stops to deliver, will be what makes you successful in this role. You'll be focused on hiring white collar manufacturing roles into 3 sites in Ireland, this role is advertised as Donegal based but we're open to folks who can work in Burnfoot, or Campsie (near Derry) too (other client sites). You'll be working within a team of 3 recruiters, with the support of a TA Lead in due course.

Typical activities all hang off your main goals of sourcing fantastic candidates whilst delivering a rock star client experience and equally awesome candidate experience – enhancing the brand of both our client and Join Talent.

Typical activities include:

• Creating & gaining buy in from the client for the strategy to deliver the project – includes EBM, sourcing, channels, assessment & onboarding elements
• Building strong relationships with a range of client stakeholders including Hiring Managers, Leadership, HR & TA as applicable – positioning yourself and Join talent as trusted partners who get stuff done but also understand and protect the brand, culture and values of our client
• Creating and posting job adverts using client brand guidelines and managing all applications in a professional manner
• Directly sourcing and headhunting for suitable candidates that match the requirements of the role
• Screening applicants to present a shortlist to the relevant people
• Talking Hiring Managers through the shortlist of candidates
• Managing the candidate journey in a professional and candidate-centric manner

Role Requirements

• Manufacturing talent acquisition experience is critical
• Utilising and maintaining the ATS and any other client/project system
• Writing updates and analysing relevant business data
• Being aware of market trends and competitors for candidates
• Complying with our company standards on values and ethics in all aspects of delivery and client interaction
• Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and clients to grow the business

Skills & Experience

• Start-up/scale-up environment recruiting on a multi-national basis would be a distinct advantage
• Demonstrable and relevant experience with full-lifecycle recruiting in-house and/or with an agency
• Strong expertise at selling value proposition, negotiating and closing great candidates
• A strong track record of closing requisitions with quick turnaround
• Charisma – in this role your charm and winning personality will be a huge factor in your success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Problem-solving capability
• Self-motivated approach
• Teamwork – little room in a growing company for ‘lone wolves’ and in this role ability to work closely with all kinds of client stakeholders, team members and peers across the company will be key
