Job summary

PGIM Ireland in Letterkenny is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Enablement to run and continuously improve TA processes, optimize end-to-end recruiting, and define SLAs. You’ll manage the TA technology ecosystem, support consistent hiring practices, enable AI-enabled tools, deliver insights from TA metrics, and collaborate with People Services, Technology, and external partners to raise performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition operations within a large, complex organisation.
• Solid understanding of recruiting workflows, tools, and service delivery.
• Experience with multiple systems or vendors and adoption of tools.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and improve performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills with focus on execution and improvement.
• Ability to work across teams and build partnerships with recruiters and support functions.
• Clear, practical communicator who translates process and data into guidance.

Responsibilities

• Run and continuously improve TA processes.
• Define, monitor and improve SLAs; close gaps for better delivery.
• Manage TA technology ecosystem (ATS, assessments, AI tools).
• Maintain TA knowledge repositories as system of record.
• Support structured interviewing and consistent hiring practices.
• Operationalize AI-enabled recruiting tools and integrity measures.
• Produce TA reporting and translate insights into actions.
• Coordinate vendor governance and ensure policy alignment.
