Job summary
PGIM Ireland is seeking a data-driven analyst to join the People Data Solutions team. The role develops reporting and analytics solutions supporting talent, compensation, payroll, benefits and workforce processes in a global organization.
Based in Letterkenny, the role is hybrid with two days in the office. You will gather requirements, translate questions into reports, validate results, and deliver insights that drive better decision-making and operational effectiveness across the business.

- Experience gathering requirements and translating business questions into reporting solutions.
- Ability to communicate data findings and recommendations to a variety of audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance people reporting and analytics solutions that support talent, compensation, payroll, benefits, organizational, and workforce-related processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand reporting needs, and translate business questions into actionable reporting solutions.
- Analyze employee and workforce data to identify trends, validate results, and provide insights that improve decision-making and operational effectiveness.
